Model Programs

On this page we applaud reentry programs featured on our website. We call them Model Programs because they are effective and can serve any area.

The organizations listed below help former felons succeed by offering education, employment and employment training, health services and education, housing, volunteer opportunities and much more.  They work closely with folks in transition and tackle the biggest roadblocks in reentry.

We invite you to consider engaging with reentry programs and/or to be creative and start your own!  Please read about our Model Programs, participate in their services, and support them as you can.

Do you know of a program we should include? Please send the name, address and URL to our web administrator
