Member Signup

Fair Shake provides an instant email address, but first we need some information:

State (Scroll down list or type in state name)

Department of Corrections identification number

            Accounts with an invalid DOC # will be canceled.
TimeZone
State of most recent incarceration
 Create New User / Email Information:
1. Create your username (must be greater then 2 characters and lowercase, no CAPS )

2. Create your password (must be at least 5 characters)

Please: No offensive usernames will be allowed.*
 

Some things you must understand about our service:

If we find we cannot verify the information you submitted (i.e. DOC #) we will contact you immediately. You will need to respond to our email within 2 weeks, so please check your email fairly often in the first two months. If we cannot resolve the issue at that time, your email access will be blocked.

Access to your email address is free for 3 years. We will notify you 6 months before the free subscription expires so you can start considering your options.
